The Galowich Family YMCA is excited to offer special youth and teen health and wellness programs during our upcoming Summer 2 programming session.
Functional Agility Strength Training (F.A.S.T.) CLASS
Tuesdays (July 12-August 9)
5-5:45 p.m.
Open to ages 9-14
Designed for individuals looking to enhance their health and well-being. This 5-week circuit-based class will help participants achieve increased strength, knowledge of core stability, improved flexibility, help with injury prevention, and cross training exercises. Classes held outside, weather permitting.
Cost:
$45 for YMCA Facility Members
$90 for Community Members
YMCA Run Club
Tuesdays (July 12-August 9)
6-6:45 p.m.
Open to ages 13 and up
Whether you are an aspiring high school athlete looking to train for next season, or someone looking to improve their overall cardiovascular health, the Y run club is the perfect way to stay active and hang with friends! Sessions held on the Galowich outdoor track.

YOGA FOR YOUTH
Thursdays (July 14-August 11)
5:30-6:15 p.m.
Open to ages 9-14
Yoga uses movement and breathing techniques to help your body stretch, recover and relax. This is a workout for your body and mind. Personal Yoga Mats are available for purchase at the Galowich Reception desk.
