The Y is the perfect place for tweens to learn new skills, hang with their friends, and engage in the world of science, technology, engineering and math! Our Winter 2 Session starts on February 5, so don’t miss out on programs at the Galowich Family YMCA including:
STEM STARS
Ages 7-11
Mondays from 5:30-6:15 p.m.
Through the empowerment of STEM kids will work together in groups to create projects that solve real world problems. Each week kids will explore the idea of engineering in their own scope of life. Kids will create projects that float, learn about water proofing, build structures, and some projects will even light up!
Cost (Five week program):
$50 Facility Members, $100 for Community Members
3D Printing
Ages 9-14
Tuesdays from 6:30-7:15 p.m.
Have you ever wondered how a 3D printer works? Sign up for this workshop and learn all about the 3D printer and make your own cool creation as well!

E-Sports
Ages 9-14
Mondays from 6:30-7:15 p.m.
Is competing in virtual sports your thing? Bring your friends and play in different E-sports tournaments with them. Games will include: Rocket Leagues, NBA 2K, and so much more!
