The Y will be offering a series of yoga classes in 2024 that will be offered one Sunday morning and one Monday evening each month. These small group sessions will help participants increase their flexibility, improve their balance, and reduce stress. Each class will feature a theme to get you in the spirit of relaxation. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Registration is required 48 hours in advance of each class. We can’t wait to see you there!

As the sun illuminates more of the day, our bodies become more awake. Spring is a time for us to renew our minds, find balance, and rejuvenate. In this 90-minute class, we will make space to clear our minds, build strength in our bodies, and increase our energy for the new season.
