Group Cycling
Wednesdays, 5:15-5:45 p.m.
This is a standard group cycling class that challenges bikers to ride, climb and sprint. All fitness levels are welcome!
Cycle & Sculpt
Thursdays, 5:15-6:15 p.m.
This cycling class adds intervals of strength training to give you an even more complete workout.
