I am a High School English Instructor holding Bachelor's and Master's degrees in English. I have been exploring personal fitness and informally helping people on their journey for over a decade, working at the Y for one year. Personal training intersects two of my greatest passions: learning and fitness. My specialties include bodybuilding (hypertrophy), strength training, HIIT/Crossfit-style workouts, and functional fitness. I am working toward my group fitness certification as well. My overall goal is a well-rounded fitness plan that is tailored toward the client's wants and interests.
