Group Cycling at the YMCA
Test your limits with one of the Y’s Group Cycling classes. Four exciting options are now available:
Group Cycle
Tuesdays or Thursdays, 5:15-6 a.m.
A standard group cycling class with big cardiovascular benefits.
Cycle, Weights & Abs
Mondays, 4:10-5:10 p.m. or Thursdays, 5:45-6:45 p.m.
Combines Group Cycle, general strength training and ab-focused workouts.
Cycle & Yoga
Mondays or Wednesdays, 7:45-8:45 a.m.
Adds a yoga interval to your group cycling workout.
Journey Ride with Strength & Abs
Tuesdays, 10:10-11:10 a.m. or Thursdays, 8:45-9:45 a.m.
Five-class punch passes are also available at the Membership Desk for $50.
