Strength Train Together will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls, with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best. Workouts can be modified for all fitness levels.

Strength Train Together will make its official debut during Winter 2, but you can be one of the first to try it ahead of time.

- Class #1: 8:15-9:15 a.m. (FULL)
- Class #2: 9:30-10:30 a.m. (FULL)
- Class #3: 12:30-1:30 p.m.
