Sign-In/Sign-Out Procedures

When dropping off or picking up your child(ren) at Kid Zone, please look for the YMCA magnet that says ‘Kid Zone Entrance.’ At most school sites, the Kid Zone entrance can be found near the gymnasium doors.

Please note:

• KidZone participants must be signed-in and out by a Parent/Guardian or an individual, ages 16 and older, who is listed on the student’s Authorized Pick Drop Off/Pick Up list.
• Prior to the start of KidZone, please be sure to check your child's registration to ensure that ALL individuals (including parents/guardians) who are able to pick up AND drop off are in your "authorized pick ups."  We will be utilizing electronic sign-in/out, and ALL authorized persons must be added.  This will help ensure that the first week of sign-in/out runs even more smoothly.

*Click "My account"

*Select "Authorized Pick Ups"

• Parents, guardians, and all others listed on the authorized drop off/pick up list will be asked to show a PICTURE ID when picking up their child(ren) each day. To avoid delays, please have your ID ready when picking up your student.
